Cheesy Baked Pumpkin
- Pre – heat oven 350° F.
- Peel and de-seed the pumpkin.
- Boil until tender about 10-15 minutes.
- Strain well and crush.
- Season the crushed pumpkin with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the heavy cream and then add the cheddar cheese.
- Put mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350° F.
