Overnight Oats
Try this recipe for a delicious treat
What you need
3 c oatmeal
peanut butter
1 can coconut milk
1 can water
¼ c chia seeds
¼ c maple syrup
fresh berries
Method
Print
Mix the oats, coconut milk, water, chia seeds and maple syrup.
Place into your jar and layer with peanut butter, berries and fresh jam (optional).
Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day!
