What you need
1 head cauliflower
3 tbsp olive oil
2 sprigs fresh rosemary (chopped)
salt & pepper to taste

Pre-heat oven to 450°F
Toss cauliflower in a large bowl with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Pour and spread evenly onto shallow baking pan. Turn occasionally and cook until tender and golden brown, about 25-35 minutes.
Once cooked, you can either serve as it as or mash for mashed cauliflower.
