Method

  • Cut snapper into small bite-sized pieces.
  • Place in large mixing bowl.
  • Squeeze in juice from lemon and limes.
  • Add coconut milk, salt & pepper, chopped cilantro, thinly sliced onions, chopped hot pepper & toss.
  • Cube avocado and fold in before serving.
