Spicy Coconut Lionfish Ceviche

What you need
1 lb Lionfish
1 Lemon
2 Limes
1 Hot Pepper (deseeded & chopped)
1 Med Avocado
½ cup Coconut Milk
¼ cup Parsley
Salt & Pepper
Method
Print
Cut lionfish into small bite-sized pieces.
Place in a large mixing bowl.
Squeeze in juice from lemon and limes.
Add coconut milk, salt & pepper, parsley, hot pepper & toss.
Cube avocado and fold into mixture before serving.
