Black Bean Hummus

What you need
15 oz can black beans (drained)
1 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Drain black beans and add to a mixing bowl.
Crush beans until almost smooth.
Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and hot sauce (if you want an extra kick) and mix well.
This recipe makes a great snack and pairs perfectly with my Tuna and Mango Salad.
