Tuna & Mango Salad
Looking for easy recipes to fill your hurricane supply kit so you can avoid eating the same thing for weeks? Look no further!
What you need
1 mango (diced)
1 6.4 oz bag of tuna or 1 can of tuna
½ tsp honey
¼ tsp jerk seasoning (optional)
½ tsp parsley
salt & pepper to taste
Dice a mango and squeeze the juice from the remaining meat on the seed into a mixing bowl. Add the diced mango to the bowl.
Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix well and serve on a cracker.
If you have any other fresh ingredients like peppers, cucumber etc, dice and layer with the mango and seasoned tuna.
