What you need
- Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes or until tender.
- While the potatoes are boiling, melt the white chocolate in a double broiler.
- Whip with potatoes with butter and cream until smooth.
- Fold in the melted chocolate until well incorporated. Serve warm. Season with salt to taste.
