Warm Sausage and Ricotta Dip
Cheesy, gooey and sweet from the sausage, my Sausage and Ricotta Dip is delicious served with buttery crackers or thick cut, toasted bread.

What you need
- Preheat oven 350°F.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the sausage meat until fully cooked and set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the ricotta cheese, thyme, parsley, chili flakes, ½ cup parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and mix well.
- Fold the sausage into the cheese mixture. Pour mixture into an oven-safe baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to rest for about 10 minutes. Serve with crusty bread or crackers and onion relish.
