			Grits
- In a pot, boil water.
 - Pour in grits, season with salt and stir. Cover and reduce heat to low.
 - When the shrimp are finishing, add in your butter and grated cheese and stir.
 
- Season shrimp with Old Bay seasoning, salt and pepper.
 - Finely chop onion, green pepper, and garlic.
 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 4 tablespoons of butter and sauté the chopped veggies.
 - Once the veggies are cooked, add in shrimp and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
 - Add Worchester, cream, 2 tablespoons of butter, lemon, parsley and stir. Reduce heat to low.
 - After about 2 minutes of cooking, add water and stir. If you notice your dish looks dry, add a little more water and stir.
 - Serve hot over cheesy grits.
