Method

  • In an electric mixing bowl cream the butter, brown sugar and white sugar together. Scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure the ingredients are well incorporated. Add vanilla, baking soda, and cinnamon, and mix well.
  • Alternate adding eggs and flour into the mixture until combined. Add oatmeal and mix.  Add chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and mix until they are fully combined into the dough.
  • Scoop the dough into 1.5 oz balls and store in an airtight container. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight before baking.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
