• Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add flour, oats, sugar, baking soda, a dash of cinnamon and butter and mix well.
  • In a deep baking pan, form a thick layer using three-quarters of the crust mixture and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and add a layer of blackberry jam. Top with the remaining crumble and place back in the oven for another 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
