Method

  • In a saucepan, combine the cream, milk, and sugar and heat over medium-low heat.
  • Once the mixture has begun to steam, add the chopped chocolate and stir.
  • As the chocolate begins to melt, add the truffles and crushed peppermint candies. Stir until melted.
  • Pour hot chocolate into mugs and top with cream and chocolate shavings.
