Method

  • Pre-heat oven to 450°F
  • Toss cauliflower in a large bowl with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour and spread evenly onto shallow baking pan. Turn occasionally and cook until tender and golden brown, about 25-35 minutes.
  • Once cooked, you can either serve as it as or mash for mashed cauliflower.
