What you need
- Pre-heat oven to 450°F
- Toss cauliflower in a large bowl with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Pour and spread evenly onto shallow baking pan. Turn occasionally and cook until tender and golden brown, about 25-35 minutes.
- Once cooked, you can either serve as it as or mash for mashed cauliflower.
