• In a large mixing bowl add the flour, cornmeal, sugar and baking powder mix until blended. Make a well in the flour mixture and add egg and milk; mix until incorporated.  Fold in the chilies, chives and corn season and with Salt and Pepper.
  • Preheat skillet with a small amount of oil over medium-high heat. Place a Tablespoon of batter at a time in the skillet and let cook until golden brown on both sides (2-3 minutes).  Repeat until batter is finished.
  • Serve while still warm
