What you need
- Dice a mango and squeeze the juice from the remaining meat on the seed into a mixing bowl. Add the diced mango to the bowl.
- Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix well and serve on a cracker.
- If you have any other fresh ingredients like peppers, cucumber etc, dice and layer with the mango and seasoned tuna.
- This recipe makes a great snack and pairs perfectly with my Black Bean Hummus
