What you need
1 cup Oats
1 cup Coconut Flakes
½ cup Peanut Butter
¼ cup Honey
½ cup Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix until combined.
Scoop 1 tbsp of mix into your hand and roll into a ball.
You should be able to make 12 cookies.
They will keep in an air tight container for 1 week.
